Overview

This policy applies to user accounts associated with Aarvee Systems and the Aarvee TrackIntelli mobile and web applications. We respect your privacy and provide transparent options to delete your account and associated personal data in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store data policies.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your account and personal data using either of the following methods:

Web / Email Request (Without Installing the App)

If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, you can submit your request directly via email:

  • Send an email to: RAHUL41358@GMAIL.COM
  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request - Aarvee TrackIntelli
  • Include your registered Username, Registered Mobile Number, and Vehicle Registration / IMEI Number.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following information is permanently removed from active servers:

  • Account Profile: Full name, registered email address, phone number, login credentials, and user profile data.
  • App Preferences: Custom notification settings, alert preferences, and saved user configurations.
  • Geofences & Markers: Custom-drawn geofence zones, points of interest (POI), and assigned route rules.
  • Historical Tracking Logs: Stored route playback logs, speed violation histories, and personal trip records linked directly to your user ID.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained after account closure strictly under the following conditions:

  • Statutory Compliance: Tax records, GST invoices, and service transaction records will be retained for the minimum statutory period required by Indian law.
  • Commercial Transport Telemetry: Commercial vehicles enrolled in state or central AIS-140 compliance mandates may have telemetry records retained as required by relevant transport authorities.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Anonymized system security logs and audit trails may be retained for up to 90 days before automated purging.

Deletion Timeline

  • Initial Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receiving your request.
  • Account Deactivation: Immediate upon identity verification.
  • Permanent Data Wipe: All primary personal data and user identifiers are purged within 30 days of verification.

    • Confirmation: I confirm that I am the authorized owner of this account and request the permanent deletion of my account and personal data.
